wrong items / incomplete orders

Please don’t hesitate to contact us via DM / email if you received the wrong / incomplete items & let us make it right ✨ For faster processing, please include your order # & photos for verification.

damaged items

Please know that we pack your orders as securely as possible & we will never ship damaged items (even if purchased on sale). In the unfortunate chance that you receive an item damaged by the courier during shipping, send us a DM / email with your order # & photos and we will send over a replacement as soon as we can. 

no return / no refund

We understand that scents are subjective & we all have different preferences. It’s hard to purchase scents online without actually sniffing them. If unsure, please feel free to ask as many questions as possible prior to purchasing. (I would even redirect you to other shops with recommendations if I don’t have anything you like) 

However, we have a strict no return/no refund policy

second hand purchases

We do not take any offense for candle trade purchases. If your purchase is not for you, we are happy for our scents to be rehomed & hopeful that the new owner would appreciate it more. However, sad girl scents will not be liable for any issues encountered from purchases not made via sadgirlscents.com / shopee.ph/sadgirlscents / any other official channels.

force majeure / natural disasters

If your order is returned to sender (RTS) by the courier due to unforeseeable circumstances / natural disasters, you have the option to have your order re-shipped (free of charge, once the courier resumes shipping to affected areas) or refunded in full (shipping fee included). 

cash on delivery (COD)

We now accept cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. An additional handling fee of Php 20 will be added to your order total. Please make sure to select the correct payment & shipping option upon checkout. 

non-toxic scents & people

Repeat bogus buyers / buyers with multiple return to sender (RTS) orders will be blacklisted.

We do not get any refunds for the shipping fee / packaging used once the courier has picked up a package.

Each & every product we offer are a labor of love that took money, time, & effort to make. Please keep in mind that by being a bogus buyer, you are taking away our chance to sell them and the cost to ship an order.

We usually accommodate special requests as long as it is possible for us to do (most of the time, with no additional charges). However, we reserve the right to cancel your order for any unreasonable demands / foul language.
